We process only the data you provide yourself through the contact form or by e-mail, namely your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
We process the data to handle your enquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate with you. The legal basis is taking steps to enter into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication, or for the period required by law. After that we securely delete it.
To run the website and deliver messages we use trusted processors: form e-mails are delivered via the Resend service and the website is hosted on the Firebase platform (Google). We measure traffic with Umami, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The website uses no marketing or tracking cookies. For anonymous traffic statistics we use Umami, which aggregates data and does not allow identification of individuals.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).
